SpaceX Sets New Launch Records for Starlink Satellites

SpaceX is preparing to launch another set of Starlink satellites from Vandenberg Space Force Base, which will bring the total number of satellites in orbit to over 5,300. The launch is scheduled to take place between late Friday night and early Saturday morning. The first-stage booster will return to land on a droneship positioned several hundred miles away. The launch will not produce sonic booms as the landing will not occur at Vandenberg. SpaceX aims to provide internet access to remote areas with a constellation of approximately 30,000 satellites.
