SpaceX Sets New Record with 16th Falcon 9 Rocket Launch and Deploys 48 Starlink Satellites

SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket is set to launch for a record-breaking 16th time on Sunday morning, carrying 22 of the company's next-generation Starlink internet satellites. The launch will take place from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida, and if successful, the rocket's first stage will return to Earth for another landing. The 22 satellites are an upgraded version, known as "V2 Minis," which will provide approximately four times more capacity per satellite than earlier iterations. SpaceX's founder and CEO, Elon Musk, has also mentioned that the company's next-gen Starship vehicle will take reusability to another level, with both stages capable of flying multiple times in a single day.
