"Severe weather threatens NFL Week 3 clash between Bills and Commanders"
TL;DR
A potential tropical storm forming in the Atlantic Ocean could impact NFL games scheduled for Week 3, with heavy winds and rain expected. The National Hurricane Center issued a tropical storm warning for portions of the East Coast, warning of a possible "life-threatening storm surge." The storm effects could begin on Friday and continue through the weekend, potentially affecting games such as New England Patriots at New York Jets, Buffalo Bills at Washington Commanders, and Indianapolis Colts at Baltimore Ravens. While the forecast predicts decreased winds by kickoff, conditions may not be favorable, particularly at MetLife Stadium for the Jets and Patriots game.
