"Experience SpaceX's Epic Mars Mission Through Stunning Animation"

SpaceX has released an animation of its Starship spacecraft, which is set to take humans to Mars within the next five to 10 years. The animation shows the craft sitting on the launchpad preparing for lift-off, before blasting into space and detaching from the enormous rocket booster which propelled it into orbit. The video later cuts to Starship beginning the nine-month-long journey to Mars. Starship will be capable of carrying up to 100 people to the Red Planet on a journey that is 250 times further than the moon and would take around nine months each way.
