"Russian Military Plane Carrying Ukrainian POWs Crashes Near Ukraine, Killing 74"
TL;DR
Russia accuses Ukraine of intentionally shooting down a military transport plane carrying Ukrainian POWs, killing all 74 people on board, near the border. The Russian Defense Ministry claims the plane was targeted by Ukrainian missiles, while Ukrainian authorities deny involvement and suggest the reports are propaganda. The incident has disrupted a planned prisoner exchange between the two countries, which has been one of the few areas of compromise amid the ongoing conflict.
