Spacewalk Mishaps and Milestones: Astronauts' Tool Bag Lost, All-Female Spacewalks, and Dragon Launch Updates

NASA astronauts Jasmin Moghbeli and Loral O'Hara successfully completed their first spacewalk, replacing a trundle bearing assembly on the International Space Station's solar alpha rotary joint. They also prepared for future installation of a roll-out solar array and fixed a cable interfering with an external camera. However, they were unable to complete all planned tasks, including stowing a communications electronics box and inadvertently lost a tool bag. Mission Control determined that the risk of the tool bag recontacting the station is low. Meanwhile, NASA and SpaceX have rescheduled the launch of a resupply mission to the ISS for November 7th.
