Belgorod governor rejects offer to receive prisoners from pro-Ukrainian 'partisans'

Pro-Ukrainian fighters offer to hand over two prisoners to Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov as a gesture of goodwill, but Gladkov calls them "bastards, scoundrels, murderers, and fascists" in response. Wagner Group founder Evgeny Prigozhin offers to send a high-ranking deputy to get the prisoners if no one else goes. Gladkov says the prisoners are most likely dead, but if they're alive, he'll meet with RDK representatives at the Shebekino border checkpoint.
