Belgorod governor rejects offer to receive prisoners from pro-Ukrainian 'partisans'

Pro-Ukrainian fighters offer to hand over two prisoners to Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov as a gesture of goodwill, but Gladkov calls them "bastards, scoundrels, murderers, and fascists" in response. Wagner Group founder Evgeny Prigozhin offers to send a high-ranking deputy to get the prisoners if no one else goes.
