Drone Warfare Escalates Between Russia and Ukraine

Two drones were downed outside Moscow, and a third was found 20 kilometers away, in what Russia claims was an attempted terrorist attack by Ukraine. No damage or casualties were reported. The attack comes as Ukraine is in the early stages of its counteroffensive against Russia. The EU has agreed on a new package of sanctions against Russia, while Ukraine's allies have pledged several billion dollars in non-military aid to rebuild its war-ravaged infrastructure and fight corruption.
