"Israeli Military Captures Hundreds of Fighters in Gaza Hospital During 2024 Israel-Hamas War"
TL;DR
Israeli forces have detained hundreds of Hamas and Islamic Jihad fighters, including senior officials and military commanders, during a raid into Gaza's main hospital, Al Shifa. The military claims to have killed hundreds of fighters and detained over 500 suspects, including 358 members of the Islamist militant groups. The raid, which the military says was aimed at a tunnel network used by Palestinian fighters, has sparked criticism and accusations of war crimes from Hamas, which denies using the hospital for military purposes.
