Ukraine's Deputy Foreign Minister strengthens ties with India.

Ukraine's first deputy foreign minister, Emine Dzhaparova, has arrived in India for a four-day visit, the first by a Ukrainian government minister since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February last year. Dzhaparova is expected to hold talks with officials from India's Ministry of External Affairs to discuss the current situation in Ukraine and global issues of mutual interest, including food and energy security. India has taken a non-aligned approach to the war in Ukraine as it looks to maintain good diplomatic ties with both the West and Russia.
