"Tragic Drowning Incident Amid Israel-Hamas Conflict"
TL;DR
Several people drowned off the northern coast of Gaza while trying to retrieve airdropped aid that had fallen into the Mediterranean. The Gaza government called for an end to airdrops over the territory and an increase in deliveries by land. This incident follows previous deaths connected to aid drops, including at least five Palestinians killed earlier this month when airdropped aid packages fell on them in Gaza City.
