Cairo's army faces scrutiny after terror attack on IDF.

The recent terror attack by an Egyptian border guard on Israeli soldiers has raised questions about the quality of Egyptian security personnel on the border and whether Islamists have infiltrated the Egyptian military. However, the incident need not cast a shadow over the strong and strategically important relationship between Egypt and Israel, which has allowed them to focus resources and energies elsewhere.
