China's Involvement to Lead Ukraine Peace Talks, Predicts Kissinger.

Former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger predicts that China's involvement will lead to peace talks between Russia and Ukraine by the end of the year. China recently published a 12-point position paper calling for a ceasefire and negotiations between the two countries. Kissinger believes that both Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin would speak with him if he telephoned them. Despite criticism for not speaking out more about Putin's invasion, Xi has maintained that China is neutral and wishes only for peace.
