NATO Allies Deliver Combat Vehicles to Ukraine as Russian Ground Forces Grow.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced that almost all the combat vehicles promised to Ukraine by allied nations have been delivered. Meanwhile, a Russian missile strike on an apartment block in Mykolaiv killed at least one person. Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal invited Pope Francis to visit Ukraine and asked for help to return children forcibly taken to Russia. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Russia does not intend to take the path of nuclear escalation in its standoff with the West over Ukraine but others should not test its patience.
