NATO Allies Provide Ukraine with Combat Vehicles and Ammunition, US General Warns Against Underestimating Russia's Army.

NATO allies and partner countries have delivered over 98% of the combat vehicles promised to Ukraine during Russia's invasion and war, along with more than 1,550 armored vehicles, 230 tanks, and vast amounts of ammunition. More than 30,000 troops are estimated to make up the new brigades. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said this would put Ukraine in a strong position to continue to retake occupied territory. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a "long and meaningful" phone call with Chinese leader Xi Jinping, but the Kremlin's response was lukewarm.
