Speculation Surrounds Health of Belarusian Dictator Lukashenko

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy continues his tour of European capitals, meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to discuss building up Ukraine's arsenal and the need for an ad hoc tribunal for prosecuting atrocities "committed in connection with Russia's war of aggression." Zelenskiy also thanked Germany for its "powerful support" after Berlin pledged a 2.7 billion-euro ($3 billion) package of arms. Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces captured more than 10 Russian positions on the outskirts of Bakhmut, and the Russian Defense Ministry announced that two of its military commanders had been killed in eastern Ukraine.
