Uncertainty over Ukraine's counteroffensive in ending war.

The US Ambassador to NATO, Julianne Smith, has said that Ukraine's current counteroffensive against Russian occupation forces may not determine the end of the war. She noted that the US wants Ukraine to continue its efforts to shift Putin's strategic calculus and that a successful counteroffensive could be helpful in that regard. However, Russian propaganda media and social media are spreading false information to demoralize Ukrainians.
