US Imposes Sanctions on Entities and Individuals for Assisting Iran's Drone Program

The US has imposed sanctions on entities and individuals from Iran, Turkey, China, and the UAE, accusing them of aiding Iran's drone program by procuring sensitive parts. The US Treasury Department claimed that the network facilitated shipments and financial transactions for Iran's unmanned aerial vehicle program, alleging that a motor procured by the network was found in a Russia-operated drone in Ukraine. Iran has denied these allegations and called for evidence. The US has previously imposed similar sanctions on entities and individuals supporting Iran's drone development.
