Iranian-made drones supplied by Russia are causing difficulties for Ukrainian forces, according to Ukrainian Air Force spokesman Yurii Ihnat. The drones, including the Shahed-131 and 136, are difficult to shoot down due to their ability to evade various forms of attack and fly along different routes. Russia deploys the drones at night to make it harder for Ukraine's defense systems to locate them. Ukrainian forces destroyed 17 Russian tanks and 24 Armored Protected Vehicles (APV) over the course of a counteroffensive, but it is unknown how many drones were launched overall.
