"Meet the Poop Artist Behind the Crappy Paintings"

German artist Werner Härtl creates elaborate paintings out of cow dung, which he proudly showcases for fans. He uses cow dung like watercolor paints with brushes or knives, adding water to thin it down and using it pure to get a dark matter. The artist has created more than 1,000 dung paintings, many of which depict cows. Härtl hopes to illustrate the medium's sustainability through his work and make people think and sensitize them to appreciate their environment more.
