Four-way talks in Moscow seek Syria-Turkey reconciliation.

Senior diplomats from Russia, Turkey, Syria, and Iran have held two days of talks in Moscow aimed at helping broker a rapprochement between the Turkish and Syrian governments. The four-way talks were held as U.N.-mediated negotiations aimed at reaching a political solution to the conflict in Syria have stalled.
