"Iran's Satellite Launched into Orbit with Russian Assistance"
TL;DR
Russia has launched Iran's Pars 1 satellite into orbit, marking the fourth satellite launch by Iran this year. The West has accused Iran of using such technology for military purposes, while Iran maintains that its satellite and rocket launches are for civil or defense purposes only. The launch reflects deeper scientific cooperation between Russia and Iran, but has also sparked controversy amid rising tensions with the West, particularly in light of Russia's war in Ukraine.
