Ukrainian drone strikes hit Russia’s Volgograd oil refinery, causing a fire and halting production; fires also broke out at the Yaroslavl-3 pumping station and two oil reservoirs. The attacks targeted key oil infrastructure including the Surgut-Polotsk pipeline hub, with other strikes on drones control points and military logistics facilities.
