Ukraine strikes Baltic oil hub Ust-Luga with 54 drones, sparks fire

Ukraine conducted a four‑hour drone strike on Russia’s Baltic Sea oil port Ust‑Luga overnight Aug. 14, deploying 54 drones that caused a fire and disrupted operations; the attack is at least the sixth on the port this year as Kyiv targets Moscow’s oil‑export infrastructure.
