8BitDo Ultimate 2 tops Switch 2 controller charts, but budget rivals lag
Engadget rates the 8BitDo Ultimate 2 a 9.5/10, calling it the best third-party controller for the Nintendo Switch 2 due to its compact design, TMR sticks, and $70 price tag. While it outperforms the official Pro Controller in customization and value, Cubed3 criticizes the cheaper ECHTPower alternative for comfort issues and poor support, highlighting a stark quality gap in the budget accessory market.
