Google has launched its Health Guardian suite in the Google Health app, introducing blood pressure, insulin resistance, and sleep breathing quality trends for Pixel Watch 3, 4, and 5 owners. These AI-driven features analyze long-term physiological patterns rather than providing instant clinical readings. While free for Pixel Watch users, Fitbit Air owners must subscribe to Google Health Premium to access similar insights, with initial reports expected in early October.
