Linux Gains Cross-GPU Low-Latency via Open-Source Vulkan Layer
An MIT-licensed open-source Vulkan layer named low_latency_layer lets AMD Anti-Lag 2 and NVIDIA Reflex 2 run on AMD/Intel GPUs across Linux, intercepting device extensions in a hardware-agnostic way. It works with DXVK-NVAPI for Steam Play (Proton) and is claimed to match or exceed Windows performance, with setup details and benchmarks available on GitHub.
