Cole Tomas Allen, 31, pleaded not guilty to federal gun crimes and attempting to assassinate President Trump after allegedly firing at a Secret Service agent during the White House Correspondents' Dinner in Washington, DC. The agent survived due to a bulletproof vest, and Allen appeared in court in an orange jumpsuit before Judge Trevor McFadden, as his lawyers seek disqualification of certain prosecutors.
