The finalists include Cliff's Place in Manning, Spillway Supper Club in Harpers Ferry, Stumpy's Bark & Grill in Duncombe, ToJo's Bar & Grill in Jamaica, and The Roadhouse in Orange City. The winning restaurant will receive a plaque, a banner, statewide publicity, and $500, while the runner-up will receive a plaque and $250.
