Shield Your OLED: three burn-in safeguards you should enable now
OLED burn-in remains a risk even on newer panels, and Tom's Guide highlights three settings to enable: Pixel Shift (also called Screen Shift), Logo Luminance Adjustment (aka Static Brightness Limiter), and Automatic Pixel Refresher (Panel/Pixel Refresh). Brand names vary, but these options live under Picture/OLED Care or similar menus and either move static content, dim bright logos, or run maintenance refresh cycles to extend panel life. Enable them now to reduce burn-in risk; many of these features run automatically in the background.
