Xbox April Update unlocks more home customization, PC library tweaks, and cross-device features
Microsoft’s April Xbox Update expands customization on console (more Home groups, custom colors, per-game Quick Resume, a new Play History tab, and streaming controls with User Selected Resolution and Network Quality Indicator), adds PC features to manually add games to the Xbox Library and pin up to three favorites, introduces Gamepad Cursor and movable notifications, and brings wishlist alerts to the mobile app. The update also includes ROG Xbox Ally improvements, a Microsoft Rewards prize drop sweepstakes, dynamic Xbox background options, and new Handheld Compatibility, Xbox Play Anywhere, Stream Your Own Game, and Mouse/Keyboard/Touch Controls support, plus broader cross-device play enhancements.
