Coroner Confirms Hayden Panettiere Died of Accidental Fentanyl Overdose
The Greenville County Coroner’s Office has officially ruled the death of actress Hayden Panettiere an accident caused by the toxic effects of fentanyl and multiple prescription medications. The toxicology report identified fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol, and quetiapine. An autopsy found no signs of trauma. While the coroner’s case is closed, the Greenville Police Department and the DEA are continuing independent investigations into the circumstances surrounding her death.
