Season 14 PTR 3.2 Brings Warlock Tweaks and Expanded Demon-Bonding in Diablo II: Resurrected

Blizzard announces the Diablo II: Resurrected Season 14 PTR (3.2) running April 14–21 PDT, featuring four testing templates (Miasma, Flame, Bind Demon, Echoing) at levels 15/18/30/80. Key changes include Warlock buffs (health potion effectiveness 100→150 and a new rule restricting two‑handed weapons unless the off‑hand holds a grimoire), plus extensive demon/balance refinements (Demonic Mastery scaling, Bind Demon requirements and success tweaks, health caps for bound demons, and adjusted Blood Oath/Blood Boil ranges). A broad slate of reworks and fixes spans many skills and systems (auras removed and replaced with Fanaticism, Vigor, Thorns, Concentration; Miasma, Sigil, Ring of Fire, and Terror Zone tweaks; UI improvement adding WASD bindable movement; and numerous bug fixes). Latent Sunder Charms are now more accessible (added to MF pool, higher drop in Terror Zones) and Herald/Terror Zone changes improve drop rates and behavior, including immediate Herald spawns. The patch also updates Worldstone/Colossal Ancients drop behavior and quality-of-life features.
