"The Limits of Our Vision: Exploring the Most Distant Observable Object in the Universe"

The farthest star visible to the naked eye is V762 Cas, sitting 16,000 light-years away, while the Andromeda galaxy, over 2.5 million light-years distant, is the farthest object visible without a telescope. Gravitational lensing allows us to see even more distant objects, such as the most distant known single star, Earendel, over 28 billion light-years away, and the most distant known galaxy, JADES-GS-z13-0, over 33.6 billion light-years away. Beyond these, other signals from the early universe, such as the cosmic microwave background and potential neutrinos and gravitational waves, offer glimpses into the universe's distant past.
