Sterling could face prison after nitrous-oxide fueled motorway drive
Former England international Raheem Sterling pleaded guilty to dangerous driving after a nitrous oxide–fueled, hours-long motorway drive that ended in a crash; he was disqualified from driving, admitted possession of nitrous oxide and refused a blood sample, and a pre-sentence report was ordered. Sentencing could range up to two years in prison, with 12–18 months more likely and potentially suspended, and may be referred to the crown court.
