Truong Tien in Falls Church placed at No. 10, while Z&Z Manoushe Bakery in Rockville, Maryland, ranked No. 9. Sontag, who replaced Tom Sietsema in late 2025, evaluated 189 restaurants over ten months. The Post indicated the list will now be updated regularly rather than annually.
