
Nintendo eShop refunds: when exceptions are granted and how to apply
Nintendo generally doesn’t offer digital refunds on the eShop, but it occasionally makes one-time exceptions for special circumstances when a game is unfinished or significantly flawed; examples include Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition on Switch 2, Sonic Colors: Ultimate at launch, and Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
