This marks his second contempt in the case; a March contempt led to a 60‑day jail sentence that the Court of Appeals later dismissed for bias-related reasons, and the Court of Appeals later said Judge Angela Johnson would remain on the case. Jonah has alleged abuse and obtained an emergency protective order; Bevin is slated back in court on July 28.
