Mangione’s federal murder case reset for January
The federal murder case against 28-year-old Luigi Mangione, accused of traveling across state lines to stalk and kill Thompson, was postponed to January after a brief Monday hearing. Prosecutors say he used a cellphone, the internet, and interstate travel to plan the attack, including staying at an out-of-state hostel, while his state-case discussions about a psychiatric defense do not apply to the federal proceedings.
