Dallas-based TXSE launches phased live trading to challenge Wall Street
The Dallas-based Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) will begin a phased live trading rollout starting Monday, opening first to TXSE members and gradually bringing thousands of stocks online for public trading over July. By Q3 it aims to list Exchange-Traded Products and by Q4 offer corporate listings, backed by about $275 million in startup funding, as it seeks to position Dallas as a national financial hub and provide a viable alternative to NYSE and NASDAQ with a digital platform and a Dallas presence.
