Gen Atlas Officially Unveiled: Ueda’s Open-World Mecha Adventure
Fumito Ueda’s long-awaited giant-robot game has an official title: Gen Atlas. Described as a single-player open-world action-adventure from genDESIGN, it unfolds on a living, abandoned planet filled with derelict machines, where players pilot a colossal robot, begin with its head, use rocket boosts, and may even engage in gunplay and titan-on-titan clashes while scavenging parts across a changing landscape revealed during Summer Game Fest 2026.
