TikTok Influencer Faces Murder-For-Hire Charges in L.A. Custody Battle
A TikTok influencer Gabriela “Gabbie” Gonzalez, her father Francisco Gonzalez, and ex-boyfriend Kai Faron Cordrey have been charged in Los Angeles with attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder and solicitation of murder in an alleged murder-for-hire plot targeting singer Jack Avery amid a bitter custody dispute over their 7-year-old child. Prosecutors say Francisco Gonzalez paid $14,000 to hire a hitman; the plan was foiled by an undercover officer posing as the hitman. Gonzalez remains in custody on $2 million bail, with her father facing extradition as the case moves to court.
