Two Palestinian Teens Killed as Settlers Encircle Al-Mughayyir; West Bank Village Razed
Two Palestinian teenagers, Khalil Abu Alia (16) and Omar al-Nassan (19), were killed by Israeli forces after settlers encircled al-Mughayyir in the West Bank; Abu Alia was shot by a soldier and al-Nassan's shooter is unclear.
