Many players who tried the game on Game Pass went on to purchase it on other platforms. The financial success of Spirittea has given the developer the freedom to continue supporting the game with post-launch content.
Game publisher No More Robots, known for bringing their games to Xbox Game Pass, has teased the release of more titles for the service. While the first upcoming game, Spirittea, has already been announced, two other unannounced games are expected to arrive within the next 18 months. No details have been revealed about these games, but a potential sequel to Descenders may be announced later this year.
