North Minneapolis mobilizes a ground-level harm-reduction network against the opioid crisis
In north Minneapolis, a community-led harm-reduction network anchored by NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center has expanded naloxone access, syringe services, and outreach, contributing to a drop in opioid-related ER visits in the 55411 ZIP code since 2021.
