Thomas shoves Clark in the paint as no foul call sparks officiating backlash
In a Fever–Mercury game in Indianapolis, video shows Alyssa Thomas shoving Caitlin Clark by the neck and stepping over her in the paint, but no foul was called, prompting social-media criticism of the officiating. Clark left the game with a back injury after finishing with 19 points and eight assists, and the league is reviewing a separate technical foul Clark received for clapping/instigating during the same game while Thomas and Myisha Hines-Allen were later ejected.
