Dolphins Shock Wildlife Fans with Deadly Attack on Porpoise
A group of dolphin spotters off the coast of West Wales were shocked when they witnessed a pod of eight bottlenose dolphins attacking and killing a small porpoise. The deadly attack lasted for about ten minutes, during which the porpoise sought shelter under the boat. The incident, described as "morbidly rare," was captured on camera by the passengers. While dolphins are often seen as cute and cuddly, they can also display aggressive behavior, including killing younger dolphins to bring female dolphins into heat. The incident left some passengers traumatized, while others recognized it as a natural part of the animal world.
