
Two Trains Collide North of London; One Dead, Dozens Injured
Two passenger trains collided outside Bedford, north of London, killing at least one person (reportedly a train driver) and injuring dozens. Emergency services said 11 people had very serious injuries, 22 serious injuries, and 56 minor injuries as a major incident was declared. Affected services were canceled and Rail Accident Investigation Branch investigators were dispatched to probe the crash.
