
NCAA reveals 2026 softball bracket: seeds, pods and the path to OKC
The NCAA Division I Softball Championship Subcommittee unveiled the 64-team field for 2026: 31 automatic qualifiers and 33 at-large bids, with the top 32 seeds seeded in four-team pods and the top 16 hosting regionals May 15-17. The winners advance to eight-site super regionals May 21-24, then the Women’s College World Series in Oklahoma City May 28-June 4/5.
